I double-majored in Political Science and Sociology at Trinity College in Connecticut. While there, I played for and captained the varsity squash team, and managed an all-female a cappella group that performed at the White House and Carnegie Hall.
Since then, I’ve taken my knack for juggling responsibilities into the world of creative marketing. I’ve written TV commercials for Eli Lilly, helped launch nutritious dishes for Splendid Spoon, and developed high-performing ads for DTC brands like AG1 and Jones Road. More recently, I led copy and content at Ever/Body, a fast-growing cosmetic dermatology startup. Currently, I’m at WHOOP, a wearable tech company on a mission to unlock human performance.
My expertise lies in creative concepting, content strategy, campaign execution, messaging development, tagline exploration, script writing, and email marketing—all with a focus on turning big ideas into results that stick. I’m passionate about creativity that cuts through the noise, finding fresh angles on familiar challenges, and always staying ahead of the curve.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, getting surprised by Michelle Obama in an elevator, catching up with friends over FaceTime, or chasing around my endlessly curious dachshund, Kit.
